    London Printing 1853 (July 1): 5 c. red-brown on deeply blued paper, wmk. pos. 1 with sheet marginal lines at right, a used block of four with large to just touched margins all round, first stamp with closed tear and the block with minor bend, cancelled by four strikes of the six bar target handstamps in black. A charming multiple with just three used blocks of four of this stamp recorded, all of which have imperfections. Rare. Cert. Moorhouse (2011) Gi. 1 = £ 240++/Scott = $ 600++.
