    1860/61: 1 d. blue, Second Setting, four single examples (Types 19, 30, 23, 36) used on 1861 entire letter to Cochabamba, Bolivia at double rate, tied by 'Admon. Pral. de Correos / Tacna' datestamps (May 19) in black.
