Puebla 1861: 4 r. dull rose-red on yellow, a vertical pair with large 'Puebla' District name overprint, huge margins all round with vertical marginal guideline at right, used on September 15, 1863 entire letter to Puebla tied by unframed oval TEHUACAN / FRANCO handstamp (Schatzkes fig. 1233) in black. Manuscript docketing of receipt on reverse 'Sete. 19'.
