    1892: 5 c. red lilac and 10 c. light green in a horizontal pair used on registered/AR cover to Brussels tied by scarce 'Correos de Tres Rios / Costa Rica' ovals in blue with 'San Jose / AR / Costa Rica' cachet in violet and partially perforated UPU/R blue on pink label at left. Reverse with seals removed and New York transit (Sept 21) and Brussels arrival (Sept 29). Some peripheral aging but scarce.
