    Typographed by J.F. Celliers, perforated 12 1883 (April 5): 1 d. black, ten examples including a sheet marginal block of nine, used with 1878/80 6 d. olive-black in a top marginal pair, on 1885 registered cover from the Stamp Dealer E. Tamsen RDP to Den Haag, Netherlands tied by 'Tamsen' cachet in blue and by 'Gravenhage' arrival datestamp (April 23) in black and by internal toning on reverse. Obverse with framed REGISTERED / TRANSVAAL handstamp in black, large oval 'R' in black and London transit in red. Cover #91 in the Jorgensen census. A very scarce cover that opens well for Exhibit display.
