    1901: Suplied by the GPO in Melbourne, "Stamp Duty" inscribed issues from 1886/1901, a fine set with thirty-three different values from ½ d. to 1887/1889 £ 5 pale blue & maroon, £ 6 yellow & pale blue, £ 7 rosine & black, £ 8 mauve & brown-orange and £ 9 apple-green & rosine, all cancelled by c.t.o. datestamps of Melbourne (June 21, 1901) with additional blocks of four of the 1 s. orange and 2 s. blue on rose, a fine and scarce group (36 items) Gi = £ 1'500+.
