    French Post Offices 1859 (Aug 5): Entire letter from Jaffa to Toulouse, France struck with fine strike of pearled JAFFA / SYRIE datestamp in black, reverse with 'Alexandrie' French P.O. cds (Aug 6) and two French transits and Toulouse arrival (Aug 17) datestamp of arrival, charged '10' décimes due in manuscript to pay. A scarce and most attractive usage.
