    Incoming Mail 1860 (March 8): Entire letter written in Dombrovitza near Turnu Severin in Romania, posted at the Austrian PO of Alt-Osova and sent to Vienna, returned to Bucharest, franked by Austria 1858 15 kr. blue type II, tied by "ALT-ORSOVA 8/3" cds, reverse with Vienna arrival cds (11 - III) and final "BUKAREST 16/3" cds of the Austrian Consular PO (Tchilinghirian fig. 713), taxed upon arrival in Romania with '10' bani. The cover was directed to Prince Ghika, 'Serviteur' der Donaufürstenthümer in Wien, handschr. Vermerk 'abgereist nach Bukarest'. A very interesting cover from Romania to Romania, posted abroad and returned.
