    1856/58: 5 r. reddish-brown, curly hair, Die II, five examples with touched margins but of deep resonant colour, used on 1857 cover to Lisbon cancelled by "52" numeral obliterators in black with oval framed 'Porto' datestamp (July 31) below. Acid ink faults on reverse flap but a scarce make-up of the single 25 reis rate.
