    A.D.1370: Vellum manuscript written in Latin by neat hand with three seal-tags (seals lost), written in the 43rd year of reign of King Edward III, refering to a sub-letting of land in 'Kinston (on Soar)" in Notts. Minor wear and light toning, but an early document of late medieval period with transcript enclosed.
