    1912/13: A delightful range of postcards (32), photo-cards with five franked by Italy 2 c. red-brown optd. for Caso, Scarpanto, Stampalia etc., all with superb strikes of 'Poste Italiane / Scarpanto (Egeo)' in violet or black, some additionally struck with Ottoman 'Karpathos' datestamps etc. A most unusual group.
