    1892: Ottoman 20 pa. claret used on colour postcard (Greetings from Jericho) to Ireland tied by exceedingly rare bilingual JERICHO / PALESTINE oval framed handstamp (Coles & Walker fig. 152 = 25 pts) in black.  Matched with a further defective card from same correspondence posted from Nazareth.
