    1880 (Aug): Provisional '3' on 3 d. pale dull rose, a fine used example with variety "Surcharge Inverted" used on 1882 cover to Cape Town tied by '402' numeral obliterator in black with NELS POORT despatch cds at left (June 27). Reverse with Beaufort cds and arrival (June 29).
