Provisional Issue 1861 (April 12): Woodblock 4 d. deep bright blue on laid paper, Type II, a used example with enormous margins all round, faint corner crease in margin only and inconspicuous vertical bend, cancelled by Grahamstown barred roller handstamp in black.
