    1897/1901: Colour Trial Proofs for the 2½ d. value on Crown over Q paper, perf. 12 or 12½, with unused blocks of four in lake (two, one is marginal), brown, greenish-blue (two, one is marginal), deep slate (two, one is marginal), rose on blued, yellow and a marginal block of six in violet on blued. Fresh and fine, a scarce assembly. Ex Yardley collection.
