    1935: Cover sent registered to Gabriel Boulad, Sofar, Lebanon franked by 1926 10 m. on 100 m. purple, toned perfs., together with perf. 1914/22 1 m. sepia, and Imperforate Plate Proofs of 4 m. vermilion, 5 m. lake and 20 m. olive all tied by Alexandria cds's. Reverse with Beyrouth and Sofar datestamps (Nov 11). Philatelic but correctly rated - an extremely unusual usage of Proofs on cover.rn
