'Constantinople / Turquie' arrival cds in black (May 8), a fine and attractive entire; together with a rare 1866 disinfected cover to Athens franked France 1862 40 c. orange and 10 c. brown, defective, tied by dotted Anchor lozenge with fair IBRAILA / VALACHIE pearled cds in blue.
