    Mail from Greece to Malta 1862: Entire letter from Syros to Malta carried by French Paquebot, franked on despatch with 1862/67 10 l. orange on greenish and 80 l. carmine tied by dotted '67' numeral with 'Syros' datestamp at right (Dec 21). Reverse with Malta cds of receipt (Jan 7, 1863, gregorian) and front panel with manuscript '1d.' local delivery charge. A fine entire, mail to Malta franked with the first issues is surprisingly uncommon.
