    1813 (April 2): Entire letter addressed to 'Madame La Comtesse de St. Alphonse (Annette de Mackau) dans la Palais de S. M. L'Impeatrice Josephine' in Paris, apparently written from Toulon / Mediterrannean coastline due to the letter's Naval contents, struck with superb 'No. 55 / GRANDE-ARMÉE' handstamp in red (Reinhardt = 1'250 pts). Fine and scarce entire.
