    1917 (Oct): The overprinted 'One Penny' set of six values, sent for distribution toi the UPU in Berne. Thereafter sent on to Bechuanaland and handstamped SPECIMEN (Samuel Type BEC2) in black. Small crayon mark in blue on each and minor imperfections but very rare.
