Fine Engraving 1853 (Nov 1): 4 d. bright red-orange, Plate 1, imperforate on vertically laid paper and thus from the Proof sheet of 24 subjects, a brilliant unused example with large even margins all round, of exceptionally bright colour, light horizontal bend of no significance and not affecting the lovely appearance in any way. A delightful and very rare Proof. Cert. Robineau / Calves (2001) Gi = £ 10'000 for a regular stamp.
