    After the Siege 1871 (Jan 28): 'Gazette des Absents' No. 33 written to Le Tréport, franked by 1867 Napoleon laureated 20 c. blue, tied by Paris Star '8' with "PARIS R. D'ANTIN 28 JANV. 71" despatch cds alongside. Handwritten note '10 c à payer en plus de la taxe' and '20' taxation handstamp, this item was despatched on the first day after the end of the siege.
