DE SAMBRE ET MEUSE' in green (= 600 pts),  1794 entire from Namur with '4E DON / ARM. DE SAMBRE ET MEUSE' in black (unrecorded by Reinhardt) and printed entire with '6E DON / ARM DE SAMBRE ET MEUSE' struck in red (unrecorded by Reinhardt), condition varies with fair to fine strikes, a scarce assembly.
