    Ballon Monté No. 30 1870 (Nov 12): Gazette Des Absents No. 7 used to Madrid, Spain endorsed 'par Ballon Monté', franked by 1863/67 20 c. blue (2), tied by Paris Star 35 with 'Paris / Ministère des Finances' datestamp (Nov 12, 7th levée) alongside in black and framed 'PD' in red. Probably flown from beseiged Paris on the Ballon "Le Général Uhrich" with reverse showing 'Calais a Paris' cds (Nov 25), 'Bordeaux a Irun' cds (Nov 28) and Madrid arrival in red.
