    Ballon Monté No. 30 1870 (Dec 11): Printed formula cover to Narbonne endorsed 'Par Ballon Monté' franked by 1863/67 20 c. blue, tied by Paris Star 1 with 'Paris / Rue de la Bourse' datestamp (Dec 11, 5th levée) alongside in black. Flown from beseiged Paris on the Ballon "Le Ville-De-Paris" which was captured by the Prussians and without arrival cds. Slight bends but an attractive entire Maury = € 650.
