    1855: Perkins Bacon 1 s. pale yellow-green, imperforate on blued paper, wmk. Large Star, used with 'CANCELLED' obliterator from the block of six originally given to Ormond Hill by Perkins Bacon in 1861, the stamp with small corner faults and closed tear at upper left, nevertheless an attractive example of this great rarity of excellent pedigree.
