    Ballon Monté No. 15 1870: Postcard written to Thuin nearby Charleroi, Belgium, franked by 1867 Napoleon laureated 30 c. brown, cut on top and bottom, tied by "PARIS / R. ST. DOMQUE ST GN 16 OCT. 70" cds with framed PP in red alongside. The card was presumably flown from besieged Paris on the 15th Ballon 'Victor Hugo', a fresh card. Cert.
