    1793 (Nov 22): Entire letter from Paris addressed to the Quartermaster of the 2nd Battalion of the Army of the Coast at Cherbourg, taxed '8' on arrival and reverse with fair to fine strike of 'DEBOURSÉ / ARMÉE DES COTES' in black (Reinhardt = 2'000 pts). Minor imperfections but very rare.
