    1863/71: Napoleon lauré 5 c., pale-green on blueish paper in a hor. strip of five, tied by '2145' gros chiffres to entire with "LYON 19 FEVR. 73" cds alongside, sent to Albertville, reverse with arrival cds (Fev 20). Few perf. faults, but a rare franking to match the new September 1871 rate of 25 c. for an inland letter. Cert. Roumet (2016) Yvert = € 1'200+.
