    'Affranchissement de fortune' 1863/71: Napoleon lauré 10 c. bistre, a diagonally bisected example, used on 1871 cover with 20 c. blue to make up the newly introduced (Sept 1) 25 centimes letter rate, tied by '1235' gros chiffre with "DECIZE 18 OCT. 71" cds (Nièvre) alongside, sent to Corre, reverse with arrival cds (Oct 20).
