    1862: Napoleon dentelé 40 c. orange, four singles with overall good perfs., one stamp with corner fault, tied by light Anchor lozenges to folded letter, sent from Constantinople to Genova with "VOLGA 12 JUIL 65" shipmail cds and framed PD in black alongside. Two purification slits away from stamps and postmarks, reverse with Napoli transit and Genova arrival cds's, an appealing second weight rate cover from a French PO in a Levant port to Italy. Signed Bolaffi.
