    Recess by Perkins Bacon 1858: 'Queen on Throne' Plate Proof for 6 d. value in black, imperforate on white paper without watermark, a sheet marginal block of twelve (3 x 4), showing excellent depth of engraving, position 36 (third stamp, top row) showing signs of retouching. Margins touched to large all round, minor crease in margin only, a scarce multiple with only one sheet of 240 subjects struck.
