    1863/70: Laureated 80 c. rose and 1871/75 small figures 10 c. brown on rose horizontal pair, used on 1873 single rate entire letter from Paris to Havana, Cuba tied by Paris Star '15' with despatch cds (Sept 19) above. Framed P.P. in red and reverse with circular LIGNE-B / PAQ. FR. No. 2 (Sept 20) struck in black (Salles fig. 1431) and carried on the 'Floride'. Handstruck '2' (reales) due marking in black for internal delivery on front of an attractive cover.
