    GPU / UPU 1874: Engraved 'George I / Roi des Hellènes' document in French acknowledging the two Plenipotentiaries sent to the Berne UPU negotiations for the advent of the UPU. Beautifully written in Athens (Sept 20, 1874) and signed at base, over embossed white wafer seal by George I in ink. A magnificent and important document. Illustrated in 'Les Tarifs Helléniques' on page 121.
