    Mail from Greece to Romania 1872: Cover from Athens addressed to 'Le Prince Const. G. Soutzo' in Bucharest, franked on despatch with 1868 40 l. deep mauve on blued paper neatly tied by dotted '1' numeral of Athens with despatch cds at right (Nov 3) and struck with framed P.P. in red. Reverse with 'Lloyd Agenzie / Constantinople' transit datestamp (Nov 18, gregorian), Austrian P.O. datestamp of Constaninople (same day) and 'Bucuresci' arrival cds (Nov 24) where charged, on front panel, with framed 20 BANI and 25 BANI Postage Due handstamps (for 45 bani total) to collect in black. A rare and most appealing cover. Illustrated in 'Les Tarifs Helléniques' on page 183.rn
