    1858: 9 ö. violet and vertical pair of 1866 20 ö. vermilion tied by neat "STOCKHOLM 26/1 1866" cds's in black to Cover to Neuchâtel, with framed "FRANCO." handstamp and manuscript "3 ½" Weiterfranko credit in red crayon alongside reverse with Kiel / Hamburg TPO, Basel-Olten TPO and part Neuchâtel arrival cds's (Jan 31). The 49 öre rate was only applicable from Sept 1, 1868 until March 1, 1869.
