    Thurn and Taxis 1853: 10 c. bistre and 40 c. orange, fine used examples with large margins all round, used on 1862 cover to Mayence, Hesse, tied by 898 petit chiffres with Cognac cds alongside (May 22). Framed red PD in red and manuscript '1' in blue ink for Prussian credit. Reverse with various transits and arrival cds. Cert. Von der Weid (1999).
