    Macao 1853: 80 c. rose, a fine large margined example used on 1861 second sheet of entire letter to Macau, endorsed 'via Suez, China' at upper left, tied by '441' petit chiffres in black. Bordeaux despatch cds at left (July 10) and framed P.P. in red alongside. Reverse with Hong Kong cds of transit (Aug 21). File fold well away from adhesive but a rare cover to an extraordinary destination. Cert. Boule (1999).
