    1870: 'Affranchisement Composés' cover from Agde to Roquecourbe franked by 1870 Bordeaux 1 c. olive, single example and horizontal strip of four used with 1870 Siège 20 c. blue on 1871 cover, tied by 11 gros chiffres with 'Agde' datestamp (Sept 9) on front. Reverse with three transits and Roquecourbe arrival cds (Sept 11). Slight file fold at top not affecting appearance of a scarce and attractive cover.

    1 c. oliveti isolé et en bande de quattre en combinaison avec Siège 20 c. bleu oblit. gros chiffres 11 sur lettre d'Agde (9 sept.71) pour Roquecourbe. Léger pli d'archive  horizontal en haut touchant légèremant le dernier timbre de la bande.
