    1866: 2 parale black on thin yellow paper (Transfer Type 6), the superb used example on local printed matter rate cover, tied by "Bucuresci" datestamp (30/11) in black. An exceptional and rare usage with just four, perhaps five such usages recorded, in exceptional quality. Illustrated in Edition d'Or on page 114 and in Handbook II on page 187.
