    30 parale deep blue, Plate Printing, a single example tied to 1864 entire letter to Jassy by "Theologo Frères / Galatz" Company cachet in blue and by "Galatz / Moldova" datestamp (28/9) in black. A fine example of a security measure against theft of stamps (as per Indian covers of the same period). Adhesive with minor imperfections but a scarce and most unusual entire.
