    1861 (Feb 19): Large part entire letter sent from Bucharest to Craiova, unusually struck with both despatch and arrival datestamps; with two line dated "BUCURESTI" in blue (Kiriac fig. 238) and "CRAIOVA" arrival (Feb 21) also struck in blue (fig. 243).
