    1812 (Oct 27): Printed entire letter from "La Chambre des Recrues du Canton Vaud", mailed from Lausanne to Strasbourg with two line dated "LAUSANNE / 29 Octob." desoatch in black (Winkler 1538), two line "SUISSE PAR / PONTARLIER" in black. Addressed to the Commandant of the 2nd Swiss Regiment and re-addressed on arrival with "DÉB 67 / STRASBOURG" in black and "DÉB 67 / LAUTERBOURG" alongside. Eventually being received on Novermber 28th, a most unusual entire.
