    1765 (Oct 18): Entire letter from a Swiss soldier in Arnhem at double rate, with reverse showing manuscript "Arnh." despatch cancellation, endorsed at top of front panel with "Par Cologne, F.fort & Lindau", addressed to Captain Poult of Schmid's Grisons Regiment at Zouz, Chur; with manuscript "12" (kreuzer, deleted, to Cologne), "36" (kreuzer, to Lindau) and "40" in red crayon (kreuzer due in Chur). A rare and early entire.
