    Registered cover franked with Kolomyja overprinted "Ukr N R / 5" on Austria 15 h. brown-red, pos. 6 (Bulat 5) and 50 sot. registration stamp (Bulat 10) plus 15 sh. on 36 h. blue violett (Bulat 66) together with unoverprinted Austrian postage dues 5 h. +10 h. +15 h. carmine, all tied by "KOLOMYJA 1/KOLOMEA12.III.19" cds's on small envelope to Chodoriv with boxed Kolomyja censor cachet in blue. 50 sot. registration stamp with glue shining through, overfranked 10 sot. but nevertheless a rare mixed franking and unusual item. Cert. Mikulski  (2011) Mi = € 610 for the stamps.
