    First Kolomyja issue, overprint  "Ukr N R / 5" on Austrian 15 h. brown red (Bulat 5), "Ukr N R / 10" on Austria 3 h violet (Bulat 6), Austria 6 h. orange (Bulat 7) and on 10 h. green blue (Bulat 8), all tied by "Kolomyja 1 / Kolomea 1 15.XII.18" cds. on locally used cover (vertically folded, stamps not affecting, opened on three sides), rare franking in very fine condition.
