    Small Registered cover from "SLINKA CHER. ... 10. 18" addressed to Novograd Volinsk but without a receiver cancellation, franked 50 k. perforated Imperial Arms overprinted with local trident type of Zlynka, unpriced in the Bulat catalogue. This Trident type can be found used philatelically with cancellations of Novosibkov etc. but local use at Zlynka is extremely rare.
