    Registered (philatelic) cover locally sent at  "CERNIGOV 9.10.18", franked 50 sh. General Issue and four Postal Savings Bank 5 k. stamps, these latter overprinted on the cover with a handstamp normally used to uprate postal stationeries.  A unique item illustrated in Dr. Ceresa's Special Trident Issues handbook (1987) Plate CDXXVIII Bulat not listed.
