    Uninsured parcel card from "CERNIGOV 19.11.18" to Kharkiv (indistinct receiver cancel 22.11.18) charged at 3 r. 50 k. at bottom left of card, franked correctly with a single copy of the 3 r. 50 k. grey and black, overprinted with Chernihiv Type II. Neat archival punch holes on a card which is unusually fresh and attractive. The stamp is rare and unpriced in the Bulat catalogue. Illustrated in Dr. Ceresa's Special Trident Issues handbook (1987) Plate CDXXVI.
