    Razgrad - Hazargrad 1874: Entire letter from Razgrad to Ruse bearing 1869-71 Dulos 1 pi. yellow tied by extremely fine and rare all Arabic double-circle 'Hazargrad' handstamp in green (Coles & Walker fig. 22) with further strike above as the rate was 1½ piastres = 60 paras and no 20 pa. stamps were available: the short payment of 20 para was collected in cash and recorded on left upper side of the stamp in manuscript. 'Karinabad' notation in Arabic at upper left and weight 3 dirhem / postage 4 piastres 10 para also in manuscript.
